Ingredients:

1. Chicken _____ half a kilo

2. Salt _____ half to taste

3. Onion _____ 1 thick chopped

4. Oil _____ 1 quarter cup

5. Proven green peppers _____ 6 pieces

6. Small cardamom _____ 4 pieces

7. Fennel _____ Half a tablespoon

8. Yogurt _____ 1 quarter cup

9. Ginger Garlic Paste _____ Half a tablespoon

10. Rice _____ half a kilo

11. Long _____ 4 digits

12. Sharp leaf _____ 1 number

13. Proven Coriander _____ Half a tablespoon

14. Tomatoes _____ 2 pieces

15. Fried onion _____ 2 pieces


Synthesis:


Put all the spices in the meat, add green chillies, fennel and onion coriander and bring to boil.

When the meat is boiled and well melted, filter the yakni. Heat the oil and add some hot spices. Add ginger, garlic paste and tomato and lightly fry. Add the meat and mix well. Then add rice and fry. Mix well and cook till the water is dry. When the water is dry, put it on the stove on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

While taking off, sprinkle fried onions.
