Tandoori Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
Chicken

garlic oil _____ 2 2 tablespoons
Oysters,
lemon juice _____ 3 3 tablespoons
Prepared
barbecue spices, white vinegar _____ 6 6 tablespoons
Salt

Sauce
Ingredients:
Onion
(chopped) _____ half a number
Tomato
puree _____ 1 cup
Crushed
garlic _____ 1 tablespoon
Chopped
red and black pepper _____ half a teaspoon
Oil _____
2 tablespoons
Salt
_____ to taste
Topping Ingredients:
Capsicum,
tomato (finely chopped) _____ 1 1 tbsp
Mushrooms,
olives (finely chopped) _____ half, half a cup
Corn
kernels _____ as required
Mozzarella
Cheese Kadukash _____ 400 grams
Synthesis:
Mix all
the ingredients except butter and cook on the chicken.
Wrap the
chicken in plastic and refrigerate for two hours then cook in a steamer. Put
butter on the chicken and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10
minutes.
Cut it
into small pieces. Mix yeast and sugar in a little lukewarm water and leave for
fifteen minutes.
Mix
baking powder, yeast and salt in flour and knead and leave for four hours.
Knead the dough for a while, then roll out the bread and set it in the pizza
pan.
Heat oil
in a saucepan and fry onion. Then mix all the ingredients of the sauce and cook
till the oil comes up and turn off the stove.
Cover the
bread with sauce, capsicum, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken, corn kernels, olives
and cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
